Venue Notes
When you arrive head through the main doors to the reception. Please wait here and a coach will collect your child at the time of the class. Parents will not be able to stay on site for the duration of th class. Please return back at the time of collection. (Trialist parents only - you will be able to enter the hall to view the class. Please wait in reception and a coach will collect you).

Your child needs to wear anything comfortable. Leggings/shorts/t-shirt/leotard are all suitable. Bring a water bottle.

Themed workshop for ages 6 upwards. Class criteria for each theme - please check your child can do the skills to attend the correct workshop.... Wacky Walkovers: Must be able to do Bridges and have near splits Flic Factory: Must be able to Back Limber and Back Bend to Bridge Kick Over Crazy Conditioning: No Requirements Terrific Tumbles: Must be able to Cartwheel, Handstand, and Rolls Somersaults Seminar: Must be able to Forward and Backward Rolls Amazing Aerials: Must be able to Cartwheel CASH ONLY. £35 cash payable at the start of the class.
